Terms and Conditions

1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:

The “Denmark Sales Promotion” begins August 30th, 2022 and ends on October 6th, 2022.  The contest is open only to Denmark agents that are in good standing with Europcar. Void where prohibited.

2. How to enter:

Travel agents enter the promotion in the following ways:

• View the recorded webinar for 20 entries
• Complete the puzzle game for 10 entries
• Take the quiz for 5 entries.  One entry per day.

3. Prizes:

• Grand Prize – Any agent who views the recorded webinar, completes the puzzle game, or takes the quiz is eligible for the random drawing. One winner will be selected to win a two day weekend rental of a Mustang Mach E (subject to availability).
• Additional prizes – Any agent who views the recorded webinar, completes the puzzle game, or takes the quiz is eligible for the random drawing. Four agents will win a gift card of Kr. 300.00 at Supergavekort.dk at the end of the promotion.

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Selection of Winner

The grand prize winner will be notified on or about October 7th. The winner will be notified by e-mail and required to respond with their mailing address within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to claim his/her prize. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of alternative winner. All prizes and drawing for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion and an alternate entrant may be notified.

Up to four (4) Alternative Prizes will be awarded. All random drawings will cease once a Grand Prize winner is located and able to provide valid booking details. All prizes and drawing for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, and if the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate entrant may be notified.

5. Conditions for “Denmark Sales promotion”

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. Europcar reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the “Book Your Way” without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event or to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.

Winner must be an agent in good standing with Europcar and at least 21 years of age and a legal U.S. resident.

By participating in this promotion, the winner grants the promoters permission to use their name and likeness on the  https://europcar-nordic.agentworld.com/ website and for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).

Winner is liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited. Entrants must be part of a valid travel agency and it is the entrant's responsibility to update Europcar of any change in their travel agency. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Europcar, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Europcar, the sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  This promotion is void where prohibited.

6. Winners’ names:

For the names of the prize winners, send an email to europcar@discovertheworld.dk. The winners’ names will be sent when the promotion is over, and the prizes are awarded. Requests for the winners’ names must be received by October 31st, 2022.
